ND Laos 100, 200, 500 Kip Note Set

This detailed three-note set of Uncirculated notes from Laos was printed by the People’s Republic of China and accepted as legal tender in 1975 when the Laotian Civil War ended. Though undated, these notes are over 40 years old:

• 100 Kip: Front shows fishermen casting nets in Mã River; back shows a textile cooperative.
• 200 Kip: Front shows movement of supplies; back, women in a textile factory.
• 500 Kip: Front shows armed farmers harvesting rice; back, soldiers shooting at fighter jets over the Plain of Jars.
