Customer Reviews
Remember the valiant efforts of the Russian Partisans during World War II. Because of numerous acts of violence against western Russian, many citizens became resistance fighters who helped defeat the German military. They were consistently able to battle the Germans in remote areas of Russia, damaging German military property, cutting off supply lines, and pulling troops from the battlefield.

Released in 1994 to commemorate these brave individuals, this coin's reverse features Partisan fighters with a bridge falling behind them, symbolizing their resistance efforts. The Kremlin and Parliament building are depicted on the obverse. Only 250,000 of these cupro-nickel Proof coins were struck for collectors, so be sure to get yours now!
