This 90% gold coin, Switzerland`s last 20 Francs, is renowned worldwide for its beauty. Known as the Swiss Miss, the obverse features a maiden wearing traditional headdress against the backdrop of the Alps. On the reverse is the Swiss Cross. Minted from 1897 to 1935, and again in 1947 and 1949, many of these legal tender pieces were melted during the world wars, making them hard to find today.
