Customer Reviews

Given the names Hercules and Ajax because of his enormous size and strength, Maximinus rose from humble beginnings to become emperor. He was suspicious and cruel in his dealings with the senate and upper classes. He successfully defended the borders against the Germans and put down several internal rebellions. As he was napping in his tent, he was murdered by his own troops.
