The fourth and final year of the U.S. Mint’s Women Quarters series celebrates the accomplishments of five American women. As with previous issues, 2025 U.S. quarters feature Laura Gardin Fraser’s portrait of George Washington on the obverse, with the highlighted American women on the reverse. The 2025 Women Quarters honor the following individuals:

• Ida B. Wells – African American journalist, publisher, educator and activist
• Juliette Gordon Low – Founder of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America
• Dr. Vera Rubin – Astronomer who pioneered research on galaxy rotations and advocate for women in science
• Stacey Park Milbern – Korean American founder of the Disability Justice movement
• Althea Gibson – African American athlete who broke the color barrier in tennis and golf
