Issued to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the landing of the Swedes in Delaware. After landing at what is now known as Wilmington, the colonists established a church - now the oldest Protestant church still in use. The obverse features the Old Swedes Church, and the reverse features their ship, . This coin was authorized in 1936, struck in 1937, and dated 1938 on the reverse and 1936 on the obverse.
