Series 1934C $10 notes are considered America's first collectible $10 Silver Certificates because the extremely rare Series 1933 notes are out of reach for most collectors. Once redeemable for silver on demand! The Silver Act of 1963 ended traditional silver currency and most of these obsolete notes were redeemed and destroyed. This note features John Trumbull's classic portrait of Alexander Hamilton on the face and a view of the historic U.S. Treasury building on the back. With blue seal and serial numbers.
