More than 100 years after they rolled off the coin press, these impressive Mint State 1916 Lincoln Wheat Cents still retain some of their original red color! We’re pleased to offer them to you, thanks to a recent opportunity purchase. With their attractive red brown color, they are highly sought after.
Struck at the Philadelphia Mint in 1916, most circulated. Few were set aside. Today, nicely preserved pieces are scarce. These 1916 Red Brown cents have been graded Very Choice Uncirculated MS64 or Gem Uncirculated MS65 by our experts and certified by PCGS. To date, PCGS has certified just 636 in MS64 and only 245 in MS65 with the Red Brown designation. The attractive coloring and detailed designs make them ideal additions or upgrades to a Lincoln Cent collection. We have just 24 available, and expect them to go quickly – order now!
