The 1890-CC Morgan dollar was produced at America`s short-lived frontier mint in Carson City, Nevada. As a small facility, the Carson City Mint struck small quantities of coins compared to other U.S. mints. Only 2% of all Morgan silver dollars were made in Carson City!
