The 1875 Liberty Seated quarter was struck in 90% silver over 130 years ago at the Philadelphia Mint. Designed by U.S. Mint engraver Christian Gobrecht, the historic Liberty Seated series depicts Liberty seated on a rock. Her left arm holds a liberty cap on a pole, while her right hand rests upon a shield. The reverse features an eagle with a shield. The eagle is perched on an olive branch, grasping three arrows in its talons. Add the historic 1875 Liberty Seated quarter to your collection today.
