1805 Draped Bust Half Cent, Medium 5, Stemless

Struck during the presidency of Thomas Jefferson, the 1805 Draped Bust half cent is a prized collectible from early America. The 1805 half cent comes in 3 varieties, due to differing sizes of the "5" in the date (the final digit was hand punched onto dies previously prepared with "180" for use in various years).
