1915-D Barber Silver Half Dollar

Struck in 90% silver at the Denver Mint, the 1915-D Barber half dollar represents the final year of issue for this classic silver series. These half dollars are named for their designer, Charles E. Barber, whose initial b can be found at the truncation of Liberty's neck. Liberty is portrayed wearing a Phrygian cap and a wreath of laurel.
