- Portland, OR was the terminus of his new rail line that made the exporting of Oregon goods to the East Coast faster and travel easier than by boat
- Vignette shows two Native Americans observing the coming of settlements, bridges, factories, miners and trains against a backdrop of rivers and mountains
- Certificate measures 10 13/16" x 7 1/8"
