Customer Reviews

The early 20th-century 1902-S Barber half dollar was struck in 90% silver at the San Francisco Mint. The Barber series is named for its designer, Charles E. Barber, and features the profile of Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap. The word liberty is found on a small band, or ribbon, above her forehead. The reverse is an adaptation of the Great Seal of the United States, with an eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows in its talons.
