Coin Processor I - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming bulk shipments of coins to make purchase or return recommendations based on established company standards, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You will sort coins by type, date, mint mark and variety, assign basic grades to suitable circulated material, and inspect the packaging of modern issues. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training program materials and resources.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided additional specialized training, and some employment experience with production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math skills and numerical retention, and strong decision-making ability. You should be able to perform repetitious work all day and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. You will also need a high level of concentration, accuracy and consistency.

Designer II - Marketing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

As a member of our creative staff, you will work independently and collaboratively with design in a fast-paced Mac environment. Assist in all phases of production through to final design execution for direct response marketing materials, including catalogs, space ads, direct response packages and flyers - as well as for collateral, packaging and displays. Works closely with Senior Design Supervisor and project initiators to produce high-quality design solutions that achieve marketing and sales objectives at minimum cost. Creates final files for printing and reviews color proofs from printers.

Qualified applicants will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training in graphic design and art, 2-4 years experience in the graphic design field, and at least 3 years experience in direct response marketing. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, with a knowledge of QuarkXPress and related design software is required, as well as an understanding of layout, typography and photography. Must have excellent organizational abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Grader I - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming coins and currency to make purchasing recommendations and decisions - examining coins and currency for wear and defects while learning to grade them accurately and efficiently. During your first 1-2 years, you will progress through several positions as you gain proficiency in coin and currency processing and grading.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided specialized training, with some experience in production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math and numerical retention skills, and be able to sit and perform repetitious work all day. Strong decision-making ability, a high level of concentration, and attention to detail are required.
