Coin Processor I - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming bulk shipments of coins to make purchase or return recommendations based on established company standards, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You will sort coins by type, date, mint mark and variety, assign basic grades to suitable circulated material, and inspect the packaging of modern issues. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training program materials and resources.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided additional specialized training, and some employment experience with production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math skills and numerical retention, and strong decision-making ability. You should be able to perform repetitious work all day and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. You will also need a high level of concentration, accuracy and consistency.

System Operator/Administrative Support - IT (Full Time, Evening, Hourly)

Prepares production system for availability, monitors system activity, responds to identified circumstances or problems, and prepares and executes back-up storage procedures. Operates and maintains system printers and spool life storage, and troubleshoots user profiles and devices as well as printers and peripherals. Produces invoices during the day, at night or on scheduled weekends, transmits data for offsite processing, distributes printed and electronic system or user reports and data. Formats and processes in-house mailings, directs and resolves help desk issues, and maintains assigned documentation. Updates system databases, maintains forms supplies, and provides shift coverage.

The qualified applicant will have one to three years experience (will train). Must have good communication skills, be highly reliable, able to lift up to 35 pounds, and have the flexibility to work day or night shifts as well as scheduled weekends. Computer Operations familiarity is a plus.

Coin Sorter - Coin Buying (Part Time/After School, 3:30-6:30 PM, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will sort and count various types of U.S. coins by denomination, date, mint mark and variety to prepare coins for grading and retailing, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training materials and resources.

Qualified applicants must be detail oriented with a high level of concentration and attention to accuracy and consistency. Strong decision-making ability is needed, as well as good math, numerical retention and penmanship skills. Must be able to perform repetitious work, cooperate well with others, have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Coin Buyer Trainee - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Salary)

You will be trained to make buying decisions for Littleton Coin Company. Through an extensive 1-2 year apprenticeship, you'll learn to identify, authenticate and process all types of U.S. coins and bank notes. You'll assign grades to coins and notes, which are acquired, and be accountable for all merchandise that you purchase, process and grade. A minimum of 25% of your time may be required for travel throughout the United States to examine and purchase coins, and to expand our coin supplier network and relationships.

Qualified applicants will have the equivalent of two years of college or specialized training (on-the-job training in our apprenticeship program up to two years), possess good organizational skills, and be able to make sound decisions quickly. Excellent math and retention skills as well as strong negotiation and communication abilities are required. You must also have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination and be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Order Processing/Customer Service Backup - Inbound Fulfillment (Full Time, Evening, Hourly)

As a mail order company, we receive a large volume of mail every day. An Order Processor will accurately and efficiently place requests and process returns. They also make sure customer's accounts are up to date and accurate. While on the phone, they provide friendly service when placing orders and responding to questions and concerns.

Other skills that are required are an average typing speed of 60-80 wpm at 97-98% accuracy, strong customer service ability, strong multi-tasking capability, dependability, good vision and detail oriented. The position is an evening shift (11:30 to 8:00).
