This first-year Indian Head $10 gold coin in Choice Mint State condition will be a magnificent showpiece in your collection! The 1907-1933 $10 gold pieces designed by renowned American sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens are widely considered one of the most beautiful coins ever minted! The "Indian Head" obverse actually depicts Liberty with an exquisite Native American headdress, while the reverse bears an equally majestic, detailed eagle. The edge features 46 raised stars signifying the number of states in the Union at the time.

When these $10 coins debuted in 1907, they did not bear the customary motto in god we trust and there were triangular dots or periods before and after the inscriptions. The periods were removed shortly into the year, and in god we trust was added to the obverse in early 1908, creating this short-lived variety. This affordable and highly desirable first-year issue features no periods and no motto.

Carefully preserved for over a century, these gold coins are graded Choice Uncirculated by our experts and certified and encapsulated by PCGS or NGC. Just a few are available – reserve this coinage masterpiece now!
