1899-S Morgan Silver Dollar

Known for a strong strike, excellent luster and minimal bagmarks, the 1899-S Morgan silver dollar is of medium scarcity in the Morgan series. Mintage was limited - just over 2.5 million were coined. The coin is scarce in Circulated grades, but the sizable discovery of Uncirculated 1899-S Morgans in the mid 20th century has kept mint-state pieces from becoming unattainable.
