Issued by the Ulster Bank of Northern Ireland, this handsome 2018 10Åí Polymer Note celebrates the Emerald Isle’s rich farming heritage. The first vertical note of its kind in the United Kingdom, the 10Åí polymer’s see-through security feature appears in the outline of Lough Erne, two connected lakes in County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland. Above that image is an Irish hare, below are a butterfly and the flowering shrub known as Guelder rose. On the back, a team of horses plows a field of Ulster Glade potatoes developed in County Antrim. This new vertical 10Åí Polymer Note only entered circulation in 2019. In Uncirculated condition, it’s a must-have for a world bank note collector or anyone interested in heritage-related currency.
