1925 Peace Silver Dollar

Act now to own this genuine 1925 Peace dollar! Issued from 1921–1935, the Peace dollar is the only U.S. silver dollar struck to commemorate Peace. Minted in 90% silver by the historic Philadelphia Mint, this coin depicts Liberty in a tiara of light. Framing her are the mottoes LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRVST. (The word "trust" is spelled in classic style, with V in place of U.) The reverse bears the inscription PEACE and shows an eagle with olive branch, perched on a rock above a rising unseen sun. In the year 1925, Nellie T. Ross of Wyoming became the nation’s first woman governor. Recall this milestone event with a 1925 Peace dollar!
