1912 Barber Silver Quarter

This vintage 1912 Barber silver quarter is one of just 4.4 million struck by the Philadelphia Mint. That's only 0.3% of the quarters minted in Philadelphia in 2006! It was issued the same year Boston's Fenway Park opened and New Mexico and Arizona joined the Union - the last states to do so until 1959. That same year, the R.M.S. Titanic met with disaster when it struck an iceberg off the Newfoundland coast. Recall these historic events with a classic 90% silver Barber quarter today!
