The 1840-O Liberty Seated quarter is found both with and without drapery. The New Orleans "O" mint mark is also found in large, medium, and small sizes on the third-year-of-issue 1840 coins. This 1840-O Liberty Seated quarter, with drapery and Small O, is a prized memento of pre-Civil War America.
