Janitor/Custodian - Maintenance (Full Time, Evening (2:30-11:00), Hourly)

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform building janitorial services and grounds maintenance to keep our facility clean, orderly and safe year-round for our staff and visitors. Floor maintenance includes sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and waxing on a regular schedule, while general building duties include window washing, trash pick-up, wall cleaning, paper shredding and other activities as needed. Grounds keeping services require flexible winter hours and will include lawn mowing, raking, weeding, painting, and snow and ice removal.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months experience (will train), good interpersonal skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Customer Service Representative - Inbound Fulfillment (Full Time, Evening (11:30-8:00), Hourly)

Provides friendly, professional service and assistance to customers nationwide via phone and mail. Receives and processes inbound phone orders, provides information regarding all company products and services, resolves problems related to products, services, orders and payments. Presents a positive company image to maintain strong customer relations through phone and written communication.

The qualified applicant will be customer oriented, friendly and courteous, and professional in voice and manner. Must have solid communication skills with excellent listening ability, and the ability to quickly learn about our wide range of products and services. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of basic math, and computer or keyboard skills. Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Order Processing Homeworker - Inbound Fulfillment (Part Time, Hourly)

Accurately and efficiently processes customer transactions including order entry, returns and sending of next approval and continuity program selections. Performs customer searches, creation of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to maintain high productivity and quality standards in an independent work environment. You will need 20/20 corrected vision, basic math knowledge, PC experience including business software, above average keyboard skills (60-80 wpm at 97-98% accuracy), legible handwriting and good interpersonal skills.

Retail Intake Clerk - Coin Buying/Processing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Receives and processes shipments from other coin dealers to include review of invoices and verification of count and dollar amounts. Sorts coins by date, mint mark and variety – and processes modern and manufactured items. Finalizes shipments with coversheets in preparation for retail, and prepares dealer returns through product verification and the appropriate labels, forms and packaging.

The qualified applicant will have a high school diploma and 2-3 years experience with Littleton Coin Company products and product flow. Must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, strong numerical and business math abilities, and good verbal and written communications skills. Must be proficient with a calculator and adding machine, work well independently, and be able to perform repetitious work throughout the day. Knowledge of coin types, dates, mint marks and varieties will be acquired through ongoing training.

Order Processing/Customer Service Backup - Inbound Fullfillment
(Full Time, 11:30am - 8pm, Hourly)

As a mail order company, we receive a large volume of mail every day. An Order Processor will accurately and efficiently place requests and process returns. They also make sure customer's accounts are up to date and accurate. While on the phone, they provide friendly service when placing orders and responding to questions and concerns.

Other skills that are required are an average typing speed of 60-80 wpm at 97-98% accuracy, strong customer service ability, strong multi-tasking capability, dependability, good vision and detail oriented. The position is an evening shift (11:30 to 8:00).
