Continuity Forecaster (Full-Time, Hourly)

Inputs and maintains regular, timely forecasts for all planned Club and Approval standard trails, and special efforts. Responsible for developing and maintaining response and retention curves for all planned and existing efforts. Coordinates, implements and maintains all Club and Approval trails and related communication, including price changes and coin substitutions. Works to maintain and improve Club activity record books to include instruction memos, samples, internal/external communication and plan updates/changes.

The successful applicant will have a 2-year college degree or equivalent with specialized courses in accounting and spreadsheet generation, and a minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional office environment with limited supervision. Minimum of two years experience with planning and project management, direct marketing forecasting, and working with personal computers; preferred experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of direct mail continuity fundamentals a must, including execution and maintenance of plans. Applicants should possess superior organizational, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, and ability to coordinate plan implementation. Superior attention to detail and strong math skills are also required.
