Coin Processor I - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming bulk shipments of coins to make purchase or return recommendations based on established company standards, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You will sort coins by type, date, mint mark and variety, assign basic grades to suitable circulated material, and inspect the packaging of modern issues. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training program materials and resources.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided additional specialized training, and some employment experience with production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math skills and numerical retention, and strong decision-making ability. You should be able to perform repetitious work all day and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. You will also need a high level of concentration, accuracy and consistency.

Designer II - Marketing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

As a member of our creative staff, you will work independently and collaboratively with design in a fast-paced Mac environment. Assist in all phases of production through to final design execution for direct response marketing materials, including catalogs, space ads, direct response packages and flyers - as well as for collateral, packaging and displays. Works closely with Senior Design Supervisor and project initiators to produce high-quality design solutions that achieve marketing and sales objectives at minimum cost. Creates final files for printing and reviews color proofs from printers.

Qualified applicants will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training in graphic design and art, 2-4 years experience in the graphic design field, and at least 3 years experience in direct response marketing. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, with a knowledge of QuarkXPress and related design software is required, as well as an understanding of layout, typography and photography. Must have excellent organizational abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Grader I - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming coins and currency to make purchasing recommendations and decisions - examining coins and currency for wear and defects while learning to grade them accurately and efficiently. During your first 1-2 years, you will progress through several positions as you gain proficiency in coin and currency processing and grading.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided specialized training, with some experience in production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math and numerical retention skills, and be able to sit and perform repetitious work all day. Strong decision-making ability, a high level of concentration, and attention to detail are required.

Coin Sorter - Coin Buying (Part Time 3:30-6:30, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will sort and count various types of U.S. coins by denomination, date, mint mark and variety to prepare coins for grading and retailing, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training materials and resources.

Qualified applicants must be detail oriented with a high level of concentration and attention to accuracy and consistency. Strong decision-making ability is needed, as well as good math, numerical retention and penmanship skills. Must be able to perform repetitious work, cooperate well with others, have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Summer hours: 7:30-4. Must be at least 16 years of age.

Web Designer - Marketing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Seeking a web designer to work collaboratively with the Web, Marketing and other departments throughout the company to deliver web content and necessary components. You'll develop, design and update all website content, including blogs, e-mails, on-line catalog content, contests and ads. In addition, you'll create web-specific assets including, but not limited to, high-quality images, videos, icons and banners that reflect LittletonCoin.com brand. You will use knowledge of visual design and layout principles that reflect the Littleton brand and be able to bring concepts to life. Plus, have the ability to analyze, question, conceptualize and execute projects. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

The successful applicant will have a two-year degree, 3-5 years experience in Creative or Marketing with hands-on experience in Mac/PC consumer-oriented graphic design and layout. Minimum of 3 years proficiency with HTML coding required; proficiency with Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and an in-depth knowledge of cascading style sheets. Plus have a knowledge of JavaScript.

Bulk Material Handler - Inventory/Assembly (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Responsible for the handling, identification and storage of stock for coin inventory, including scanning and identifying returned merchandise. Verifies types, varieties and quantities of incoming stock using company reference guides. Prepares merchandise for designated storage areas, following precise coin and paper money handling procedures. Performs bin sweeping, cycle counts, physical inventories, and organizational functions to maintain an accurate inventory storage system. Performs other duties as needed.

The qualified applicant will have a high school diploma and three months to one year of similar experience (training is available). Must be organized and efficient, detail oriented with accurate counting skills, and able to use a calculator and computer terminal. Requires 20/20 corrected vision, flexibility, and the ability to sit or stand all day, lift up to 35 pounds, and use step stools and ladders. Must cooperate well with others and be comfortable in a team-oriented environment.

Customer Service Representative - Customer Service (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Provides friendly, professional service and assistance to customers nationwide via phone and mail. Receives and processes inbound phone orders, provides information regarding all company products and services, resolves problems related to products, services, orders and payments. Presents a positive company image to maintain strong customer relations through phone and written communication.

The qualified applicant will be customer oriented, friendly and courteous, and professional in voice and manner. Must have solid communication skills with excellent listening ability, and the ability to quickly learn about our wide range of products and services. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of basic math, and computer or keyboard skills. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
