Continuity Program Coordinator - Marketing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)
Coordinates and implements new programs for Club and Approval continuity sales avenues - based on merchandising proposals regarding opportunity buys and/or excess inventory. Develops sales and profitability projections for new and proposed programs, offers and tests. Monitors inventory needs for existing programs, and participates in inventory allocation meetings to resolve shortage or excess issues. Assists with editing, proofreading and creative schedule for all Club and Approval continuity efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent, and 5 years experience in a professional office environment with limited supervision. Must have 3 years experience in planning and numerical analysis utilizing PC software, and 3 years experience in direct response/continuity program marketing. Copy/editing development and review skills are required, as well as superior judgment, excellent math and analytical abilities, and outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Order Processor/Customer Service Backup (Full Time, Day, Hourly)
Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of customer orders â including order entry, customer returns, shipment of orders and selections, account maintenance, and accurate processing of all cash transactions through the department. Performs order processing function and portrays a positive image of Littleton Coin Company through telephone contact. Provides accurate and timely personal service to customers, and responds to customer issues within the department's area of responsibilities. Self-accountable for error-free order processing as well as participation in quality assurance program.
The qualified applicant will possess a high school diploma, 1-2 years of office or business experience, and basic telephone techniques (training is provided). Above average typing skills (60-80 wpm at 97-98% accuracy), strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are necessary. Good eyesight and number perception, knowledge of basic math, strong listening skills, and a professional telephone voice with excellent diction and grammar are required. Must be able to sit or stand all day, as well as lift up to 35 pounds. Also must work well in a team environment and be available to work overtime as needed.
Human Resources Coordinator (Full Time, Day, Hourly)
As a key member of our HR team, you will hold primary responsibility for processing time and attendance/payroll in collaboration with the Finance Dept. Plus, you will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining the time clock and time documentation system. In this diverse HR position, you'll also coordinate the employee evaluation process, HR reporting, service award and profit sharing programs. You'll participate in recruiting activities, maintain an applicant database, conduct new hire orientation, HR policy updates and provide back up for benefits and worker's compensation administration.
Qualified applicants will have a two- or four-year college degree with HR-related major, PHR preferred, and 3+ years experience in payroll and other HR functions, including recruiting, benefits and/or employee relations. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, high level of accuracy, and ability to effectively handle diverse activities. Proficiency in HRIS/Word/Excel and a true commitment to customer service round out the requirements for this position. Coin Grader Trainee - Coin Processing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)
Inspects and assesses incoming coins to make purchase recommendations based on established company standards and quality guidelines. Processes incoming dealer shipments and separates coins recommended for purchase from coins recommended for return. Responsible for accurate identification of all coin types, mint marks and varieties utilizing company reference guides. Prepares coins for grading through verification of shipment contents and invoice price, and organization of material in invoice order.
The qualified applicant will possess a high school degree, as well as 1-3 years of specialized training provided by the company. Strong decision making and analytical skills are required, along with high concentration and retention abilities. Accuracy, attention to detail, 20/20 corrected vision, and good communication skills are needed. Must be able to sit all day performing repetitious work, lift up to 35 pounds, and meet production deadlines.
Coin Processor I - Coin Buying/Processing (Full Time, Day, Hourly)
Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming bulk shipments of coins to make purchase or return recommendations based on established company standards, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You will sort coins by type, date, mint mark and variety, assign basic grades to suitable circulated material, and inspect the packaging of modern issues. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training program materials and resources.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided additional specialized training, and some employment experience with production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math skills and numerical retention, and strong decision-making ability. You should be able to perform repetitious work all day and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. You will also need a high level of concentration, accuracy and consistency.
