Human Resources Assistant - Human Resources (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Provides clerical and administrative support for the Human Resource Coordinator, Benefits Coordinator and Human Resource Director. Greets employees and staff visiting the HR offices, answers the phone, and responds to email inquiries. Responsibilities include job posting, application processing, reference checks, maintenance of personnel and benefit files, and support for special events and programs. Will cross train with the HR Coordinator and Benefits Coordinator to provide back-up support.

Qualified applicants will have an Associates Degree or equivalent, 2-4 years of work experience in an office environment, with some training or experience in Human Resources administration preferred. Must organize and handle multiple tasks efficiently, coordinate work with others, and be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are required, and knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is preferred (will train).

Human Resources Coordinator - Human Resources (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

As a key member of our HR team, you will hold primary responsibility for processing time and attendance/payroll in collaboration with the Finance Dept. Plus, you will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining the time clock and time documentation system. In this diverse HR position, you'll also coordinate the employee evaluation process, HR reporting, service award and profit sharing programs. You'll participate in recruiting activities, maintain an applicant database, conduct new hire orientation, HR policy updates and provide back up for benefits and worker's compensation administration.

Qualified applicants will have a two- or four-year college degree with HR-related major, PHR preferred, and 3+ years experience in payroll and other HR functions, including recruiting, benefits and/or employee relations. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, high level of accuracy, and ability to effectively handle diverse activities. Proficiency in HRIS/Word/Excel and a true commitment to customer service round out the requirements for this position. Coin Processor I - Coin Buying (Full Time, Day, Hourly)

Working in a team environment, you will inspect and assess incoming bulk shipments of coins to make purchase or return recommendations based on established company standards, and to meet individual and team standards for accuracy and productivity. You will sort coins by type, date, mint mark and variety, assign basic grades to suitable circulated material, and inspect the packaging of modern issues. You'll receive daily guidance, supervision and coaching as you develop technical expertise and proficiency through our training program materials and resources.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma plus provided additional specialized training, and some employment experience with production work a plus. You must have 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination, good math skills and numerical retention, and strong decision-making ability. You should be able to perform repetitious work all day and lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. You will also need a high level of concentration, accuracy and consistency.

Janitor/Custodian - Maintenance (Full Time, Evening, Hourly)

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform building janitorial services and grounds maintenance to keep our facility clean, orderly and safe year-round for our staff and visitors. Floor maintenance includes sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and waxing on a regular schedule, while general building duties include window washing, trash pick-up, wall cleaning, paper shredding and other activities as needed. Grounds keeping services require flexible winter hours and will include lawn mowing, raking, weeding, painting, and snow and ice removal.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months experience (will train), good interpersonal skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
