Three Top Employees Honored by Littleton Coin

January 12, 2013 – LITTLETON, NH – Josh Breault, Marc Ferschke and Karen Call of Littleton Coin Company were honored as recipients of the company's top awards recognizing commitment to outstanding quality service.

Littleton's Chief Operating Officer, Mike Morelli, proudly announced the two recipients of the 2012 Maynard Sundman Quality Achievement Awards at a recent company meeting. "With such a great team of dedicated professionals, it becomes increasingly difficult to select deserving employees" stated Morelli. "This year's award recipients have been exceptional in their efforts."

Josh Breault, a Fulfillment Trainer at the company, received the Quality Employee of the Year Award. An employee since 2009, he was noted for his efforts to increase training efficiencies and for his never-ending positive attitude. Marc Ferschke, who works as a Warehouse Handler received the Distinguished Achievement Award for his foresight in planning and exceptional work ethic.

Group Manager of Customer Service and Sales, Nancy Willis, recognized Inbound Fulfillment Team Leader, Karen Call, as the recipient of the Suggestion of the Year Award. Her suggestion involved streamlining communications with the customer. The change is expected to decrease costs and labor.

Josh, Marc and Karen are considered dedicated employees who always put in the extra effort. In addition to framed certificates, each recipient received a monetary award and a designated parking space.
