Fall 2001 Quality Achievement Awards
| LITTLETON - On Thursday, September 27, Mike Morelli, Chief Operating Officer of Littleton Coin Company, announced the recipients of the semi-annual Departmental Quality Awards. Recognized for outstanding achievement within their departments were: Ellie Holtzman, Marketing; Robin Stetson, Coin Processing; Bee Horsch, Analyzing; Shirley Sigouin, Order Filling; Kierstin Ballard, Order Processing; and Laurie McDuffee, Customer Service.
Quality Achievement Awards recognize the efforts of employees in areas of quality control that contribute to the superior level of service Littleton’s customers enjoy. The program has two levels: departmental, with awards given in the spring and fall of each year; and annual, with one "Quality Employee of the Year" receiving company-wide recognition in January.
Founded by Maynard Sundman in 1945, Littleton Coin Company has grown to become one of the largest coin and paper money mail order companies in the country. The company currently employs approximately 340 area residents and processes over one million pieces of outgoing mail annually.
