Littleton Coin Company - 60 Years and Still Growing

LITTLETON – On July 5th, ground was broken for a new 20,000-square-foot addition to the back of Littleton Coin Company’s building at 1309 Mt. Eustis Road. Shown at the site are (left to right) Stan Fillion, controller and building project manager; Jackie Fulford, director of Inventory and Assembly; Mike Morelli, chief operating officer; Maynard Sundman, company founder; David Sundman, president; Christine Sundman, his wife; Ed Hennessey, chief financial officer; David Wilson, director of Fulfillment; and Jeff Marsh, senior vice president of Marketing.

Designed to be in keeping with the existing architecture, the addition will provide needed operations and warehouse space. It’s expected to be completed before year’s end by Daniel Hebert, Inc., of Colebrook, New Hampshire. Locally, Hebert was the general contractor for Littleton High School's recent renovation. The firm also is constructing North Country Home Health and Hospice’s new building in Littleton.

Since 1945 when Maynard Sundman founded it, Littleton Coin Company has become one of the largest buyers and sellers of coins and paper money in the world. Now in its 60th year, it employs over 300 people, providing friendly service to collectors around the globe.
